How do I login to see my credit report?
1. If you have a Username and Password, Click Here to go to the login page on our secure server. Then enter your Username and Password.
2. If you don’t have your Username and Password, Click Here to go to the login page, and use the "Click here if you forgot your password" link on this page to get your Login Username and/or Password.
I can login ok, but I still can't view my credit report?
If you can login to your account ok, but you cannot view your credit report, it is probable that you failed the Online Identity Verification process.
If you fail Online Identity Verification, you must call our Customer Service to verify your identity over the phone. Please call 1-800-852-9212 and press option "1." Hours are Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time.
After you have passed the Identity Verification process, ask Customer Service to release your credit report so you can view it online. After your report is released, You can login to view your report. Click Here to go to the login page.

How do I cancel the Free Credit Scores and Credit Monitoring Service?
IDENTITY GUARD members: To cancel your 3 Free Credit Scores and IDENTITY GUARD membership, including 3 bureau credit monitoring, please call their toll-free Customer Service number at 1-800-452-2541.
I have a charge on my credit card from Evergreen Credit Reporting, but I did not get my credit report. I want a refund.
We do not give refunds for a credit report once it is ordered because we have already purchased the credit information from the 3 national credit reporting agencies as you requested. If you have a charge on your credit card statement from Evergreen Credit Reporting for a credit report that you were not able to view, please read the FAQs above on how to view your credit report and/or how to call Customer Service to answer the Identity Verification questions so you can view your credit report.
If you have a charge from Evergreen Credit Reporting on your credit card statement that is fraudulent, please call us at 888-762-4001 to start an investigation into that charge.
I tried to get a credit report on someone else, but I am having trouble.
The Terms and Conditions of this web site do not allow you to get a credit report on someone else. There are no refunds when you try to get credit reports on other people. Once a credit report is ordered, the subject of the credit report must call our our Customer Service at 1-800-852-9212 to verify their identity. Once the identity is verified, the subject may view their report.
I am a landlord and need credit reports on my rental applicants.
We are unable to provide credit reports to landlords because the agreement that we have with the 3 national credit reporting agencies only allows us to deliver credit reports directly to the individuals who request them on themselves.
If you need a credit report on a prospective tenant, you could ask the prospective tenant to get their own credit report here, and then give you a copy of it.
Are you the TruCredit that I ordered from?
We are also known as Trucredit or www.Trucredit.com. Our name does not have an "e" in the middle of the TruCredit name.
There is another company called Truecredit that has an “e” in the middle of their name and is owned by TransUnion. Their web site is www.TrueCredit.com. Their number is 800-493-2392
If in doubt as to which site you ordered from, look at your credit card statement and check the spelling of the company that charged your credit card.
How do I dispute inaccurate information on my credit report?
