A. To cancel your online membership for the Triple Advantage Credit Monitoring Service, please call their toll-free Customer Service number at 1-877-513-4268.
By calling this Customer Service number you will be able to confirm their most
current process for canceling your subscription. You will also be able to
speak with a live agent and confirm that your account has been canceled.
To cancel by e-mail, please send an email to cancel@consumerinfo.com with
the subject requesting to cancel your monitoring service. It is also
necessary to include the following information in your email:
1. your first and last name
2. your membership number or username
3. the last 4 digits of your Social Security number
To cancel by fax, please send a fax to 1-714-385-2100 asking to cancel your
subscription. It is also necessary to include the following information in
your fax:
1. your first and last name
2. your membership number or username
3. your Social Security number
Can I get a free credit report annually?
Yes. FACTA (the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act) lets
consumers get one free credit report a year from each of the three
national credit reporting companies. To obtain that free report,
you must go to www.annualcreditreport.com.
